We welcome you at the "AllThatMind Mullae", our venue for this event. No longer underground, enjoy the event at the spacious venue that is more than three times larger than the previous event.
Utilizing this large space, multiple panels will take place at the same time. Choose and participate in the activity that fits you the most.

이번 말랑포니에서는 누구나 직접 포니를 주제로 한 30~90분 길이의 발표를 할 수 있는 "참가자 패널" 시간이 배정되어 있습니다. 포니에 대해 말하고 싶은 내용이나 다함께 하고 싶은 활동이 있다면, 이 기회를 활용해 보세요!

At this year's MalangPony, there's a dedicated time slot for panelists to host a 30 to 90 minute panel. Anyone can host their panel, as long as it is about ponies. If you have anything you want to present about pony, or any activity you want to do together, don't miss out!

  • 신청 후 패널 신청이 바로 확정되는 것은 아니며, 패널 모집 기간이 끝난 후 내부 검토를 거쳐 6월 7일까지 승인여부를 개별 통보해 드립니다.

• Acceptance notice: We will notify you whether your panel application was accepted or not after the application period is over. We will contact you individually by no later than June 7th.

The panel can be about anything!
It doesn't have to be just a presentation. It can be an interactive activity with the audience. For example:

단, 포니와 관련된 주제여야 하며, 수위는 전체 이용가로 부탁드립니다.

But, the panel should be about ponies, and safe for all ages.

기본적으로 발표용 TV와 노트북이 준비되어 있으나, 따로 필요한 물품이 있다면 신청서에서 알려주시기 바랍니다.

A TV and a laptop will be provided, but if there are additional supplies you need for the panel, please tell us in the application form.

• 패널리스트에게는 따로 참가증이 주어지지 않습니다. 패널 신청을 하셨더라도, 반드시 말랑포니 참가증을 구매해 주세요.
• 말랑포니 스태프는 행사 홍보 목적으로 패널을 촬영하여 온라인에 게시할 수 있습니다.
• 승인 후 사전 연락 없이 패널을 진행하지 않을 경우, 향후 행사 참여에 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다. 패널을 진행하지 못하게 된 경우, 반드시 미리 연락해 주세요.
• 패널 진행은 한국어 또는 영어로 진행할 수 있습니다. 영어로 진행할 경우, 대부분의 참가자는 영어에 능숙하지 않다는 점을 고려해 주세요. 알아듣기 쉽게 진행해 주시고, 가능하다면 시각 자료를 사용해 주세요.

• A free admission badge is NOT provided to panelists. Even if you applied for a panel, you must purchase an admission badge separately.
• MalangPony staff may photograph the panel and post it online for promotional purposes.
• If you fail to show up to your panel without prior notice, you may be penalized on future events. You must let us know beforehand if you cannot run your panel anymore.
• The panel can be in Korean, or in English. If your panel will be in English, please keep in mind that the majority of attendees will not be fluent in English. Keep your panel easy to understand, and use lots of pictures, if possible.

Application Process

  • 부스 신청이 승인되면 부스 운영비 10,000원을 계좌이체로 결제해야 최종 확정됩니다.

• 운영 시간: 10:30 - 17:00 (6시간 30분)

  • Sponsors enter at 10:30, others enter at 11:00.

Guidelines

• 부스당 가로 150cm × 세로 80cm × 높이 74cm 크기의 테이블 1개와 의자 2개가 배정됩니다.
• 포니 행사인 만큼, 포니 관련 굿즈 위주의 판매를 권장합니다.
• 모든 연령대가 참가하는 행사이기 때문에, 전체 이용가 등급의 굿즈만 전시 및 판매가 가능합니다.

• One table(size 150cm x 80cm, height 74cm), and two chairs will be given per vendor.
• As this is an event about ponies, vendors with a pony focus are more valued.
• Our event is for all ages including children. No NSFW merch is allowed.

원활한 전시 준비를 위해, 기한 내로 신청서가 제출되어 승인된 작품만 아트 갤러리에 전시될 수 있습니다.

As venue space is limited, only artworks whose application form were submitted and accepted can be displayed at the gallery.

• 접수 마감: 26년 06월 30일(화) 까지
• 신청 방법: 위 구글폼을 통해 신청서 작성 및 작품 파일(또는 사진) 제출
  • 디지털 작업: 전시할 원본 이미지 파일을 업로드해 주세요.
  • 아날로그(손그림) 작업, 조형(입체) 작업: 현장에 가져오실 작품을 사진으로 찍어 업로드해 주세요.
    (현장 제출 예정인 작품도 반드시 온라인으로 사전 접수해야 합니다.)

• Subject: Your artwork must be related to My Little Pony.
• Quantity: As space is limited, only one submission per person is allowed.
• Originality: The artwork must be created by the submitter without tracing other people's art or using generative AI.
• Content Safety: As this is an event for all ages, only safe and family-friendly artwork will be accepted.

• 전시에 사용될 액자는 A4 및 A3 규격으로 말랑포니 스태프 측에서 준비합니다.
• 디지털 작품:
  • 출력을 위해 해상도 300dpi 이상, 색상 모드 CMYK 권장, 파일 형식 JPG/PNG로 제출해 주세요.
  • 승인된 작품은 행사 측에서 출력하여 전시합니다.
• 아날로그(손그림) 작품:
  • 제공되는 액자 규격에 맞춰 작품을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다. (규격보다 큰 작품은 전시가 불가능할 수 있습니다.)
  • 사전 승인된 작품에 한해 행사 당일 현장 제출이 가능합니다.
• 조형(입체) 작품:
  • 500×500×500(mm)미만의 작품을 준비해주시기 바랍니다. (규격보다 큰 작품은 문의 바랍니다.)
  • 1500×600×740(mm) 테이블 위에 전시될 예정입니다.
  • 사전 승인된 작품에 한해 행사 당일 현장 제출이 가능합니다.

• Crafts:
  • The artwork should be smaller than 500×500×500(mm) in size. (If larger, contact us first.)
  • The artwork will be presented on top of a table measuring 1500×600×740(mm).

• Getting your artwork back: If you do not retrieve your artwork after the event is over, the artwork will be disposed of. Please make sure you retrieve your artwork before the event is over.
• Copyright: You, the artist, hold all copyright to the artwork you submit. However, the staff may photograph your artwork and post it on the internet for promotional purposes.
• No-Show: If you fail to turn in your art after being accepted without notifying us beforehand, you may be penalized on future events. Please contact us if you, for any reason, won't be able to submit your artwork.
